Capacity Building Assistance (CBA) To Improve The Delivery And Effectiveness Of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Prevention Services For High-Risk And/Or Racial/Ethnic Minority Populations: CDC announces the non-competitive availability of fiscal year (FY) 2011 funds to supplement the provision of information, training, technical assistance, and technology transfer as currently funded under funding opportunity announcement (FOA) PS09-906: Capacity Building Assistance (CBA) to Improve the Delivery and Effectiveness of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Prevention Services for High-risk and/or Racial/Ethnic Minority Populations, Category C: CBA for Health Departments. This expanded program will address organizational and programmatic CBA needs of health departments implementing HIV prevention interventions, strategies, community planning, monitoring, and evaluation as described in FOAs PS10-10175, PS10-10181, and PS11-1117, consistent with the goals of the White House Office of National AIDS Policy, National HIV AIDS Strategy.
