Center for Research and Exploration in Space Science and Technology (Cresst): This is amendment No. One (1) to the Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) No. NNG06127696C for the Establishment of a CENTER FOR RESEARCH AND EXPLORATION IN SPACE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (CRESST) which was posted on April 11, 2006. You are notified that the following changes are made: Section 4.2.1 is revised to allow for the electronic submission in either Word or PDF format. Therefore, section 4.2.1 General, last paragraph is hereby revised to read as follows: "An electronic copy of the offerors proposal shall be submitted (in addition to the hardcopies specified above) in Microsoft Word (Office 200 for windows) or PDF format. Electronic files should be submitted on virus free CD-ROMs with an external label indicating: (1) the name of the offeror, (2) the CAN number, (3) the format and software versions used, (4) a list of the files contained on the disk and (5) date of the information. At a minimum the actual CD shall be marked with the offerors name and date. In the event of any inconsistency between data provided on the CD-ROM and hard copies, the hard copy data will be considered to be correct." The due date for responses is not extended.
