Conduct and Implement Visitor Use Study for Improved Visitor Experience: The purpose of this modification is to obligate additional funding to implement a Single Site Visitation test at the Korean War Memorial. This implementation is based upon the research being conducted by George Mason University that suggested three techniques to improve visitor counting on the Mall. Single Site Visitation counting is the recommended method.
