Cooperative Agreement on Occupational Health with the World Health Organization (WHO): Implementing World Health Assembly Resolution 60.26 Global Plan of Action for Workers Health 2008-2017: The current award will allow WHO to implement the GPA by actively engaging the network of CCs and other partners in scaling up access to basic occupational health services, developing and assessing programs and practical tools for healthy workplaces, and creating and assess the effectiveness of a global observatory for sharing information and monitoring worker health globally. These activities will continue existing efforts to provide consistent sets of policies, interventions, and practical tools for international and national action on workers' health. The support will permit WHO to mobilize additional human and financial resources by strengthening existing networks and by building partnerships.
