Eligible Applicants: Except as noted in the official application notice, institutions of higher education that qualify as eligible Hispanic-Serving Institutions are eligible to apply for new Individual Development Grants and Cooperative Arrangement Development Grants under the Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions Program.
