The purpose of this project is to contribute to the development of Natural Resource Condition Assessments (NRCAs) for the Inter-Mountain Region of the National Park Service. Johnson NHP (LYJO) a perspective on current condition status for a subset of important park natural resources. The objective is to place existing scientific data and knowledge into a context and format(s) that ensure its usefulness for park planning, decision making, and accountability reporting purposes. The UWF Information Specialist/Writer/Editor will be responsible for specific chapters (agreed upon by the NPS’s Southern Plains Network Coordinator and Information Specialist/Writer/Editor) of NRCAs prepared under the supervision of the Southern Plains Program Manager.
