FY 2010 TI: Homeless Families Demonstration Small Grant Research Program: The purpose of this Notice is to notify applicants that had submitted applications for funding under HUDs funding opportunity Notice of Public Interest (NOPI) for Fiscal Year 2010 Transformation Initiative: Homeless Families Demonstration Small Grant Research Program (FR-5415-N-23) that their preliminary application has been accepted for further consideration and HUD is asking for a full application as required under that NOFA. The purpose of this NOPI is to enhance the demonstration project conducted by the Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R) that focuses on Homeless Families by providing a vehicle for conducting a number of small research projects aimed at collecting additional/supplemental information and analyses.
