FY18 Commercial Driver's License Program Improvement Grant: The CDLPI is a discretionary grant program that funds State CDL program compliance and improvement projects, as well as projects that support the improvement of the CDL process and motor vehicle safety. Eligible recipients include but are not limited to State Driver Licensing Agencies (SDLAs), CMV drivers and employers, the U.S. Armed Forces, State court officers, and multi-State partnerships.
