Fiscal Year 2008 Defense Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (DEPSCoR): The Department of Defense (DoD) announces the fiscal year 2008 Department of Defense Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (DEPSCoR). The program is executed under the policy guidance of the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Laboratories and Basic Sciences [ODUSD (LABS)] and administered through the Army Research Office (ARO), Office of Naval Research (ONR), and Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) with the cooperation of the Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) State Committees.
