Gales and Clear Creek Confluence Implementation: The Gales Creek Subbasin Restoration Action Plan identified increasing floodplain connectivity, particularly Clear Creek's confluence with Gales Creek as a priority action to address restoration goal 2: restore aquatic and floodplain habitat to benefit fish and wildlife portions.
