Purpose of Programs: The Hispanic-Serving Institutions STEM and Articulation programs authorized under section 371 of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA) provide grants to assist Hispanic-Serving institutions (HSIs) to develop and carry out activities to improve and expand their capacity to serve Hispanic and other low-income students. Applications for grants under the Hispanic-Serving Institutions STEM and Articulation Programs, CFDA number 84.031C, must be submitted electronically using the Governmentwide Grants.gov Apply site at http://www.Grants.gov.
