Human Studies to Evaluate Promising Medications to Treat Alcohol Use Disorder (R03): The objective of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to encourage applications that use human laboratory paradigms and/or clinical trials to evaluate the safety and efficacy of novel or re-purposed compounds, that bind to new targets, for treatment of alcohol use disorder (AUD) or AUD with a comorbid post-traumatic stress disorder.
