Identifying Non-coding RNA Targets for Early Detection of Cancer (R21): This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), issued by the National Cancer Institute (NCI), encourages research projects on non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) and their targets in preneoplastic lesions and early stage cancers.
