Improving Fiscal Transparency of Mining Royalties in the DRC: The Embassy of the United States in Kinshasa announces a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for a program to improve fiscal transparency of mining royalties in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
