Inflation Reduction Act - Transmission Siting and Economic Development Program: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)/National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) is issuing, on behalf of the Grid Deployment Office (GDO), this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA).
