Innovative and Early-Stage Development of Emerging Technologies in Biospecimen Science (R21): This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), issued by the National Cancer Institute (NCI), solicits grant applications proposing technically innovative feasibility studies focused on early stage development of technologies that address issues related to pre-analytical variations in the collection, processing, handling, and storage of cancer-relevant biospecimens or their derivatives.
