Land and Water Conservation Fund Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Program: The National Park Service State and Local Assistance Division announces the availability of $3 million set aside in FY 2014 appropriations for Land and Water Conservation Fund State Assistance grants for a new nationally competitive grant program.
