Leadership Group for a Clinical Research Network on HIV/AIDS and HIV-associated Infections in Pediatric and Maternal Populations (UM1): The purpose of this FOA is to solicit applications for the Leadership Group for a Clinical Research Network on HIV/AIDS and HIV-associated Infections in Pediatric and Maternal Populations. The Leadership Group (LG) will have overall responsibility for developing, implementing and adapting the networks clinical research agenda to address NIAIDs HIV/AIDS scientific priorities described below (Part 2, Section I, #3). Applications for the LG must be comprised of three separate linked UM1 applications: a Leadership and Operations Center (LOC), a Laboratory Center (LC) and a Statistical and Data Management Center (SDMC).
