Lifeguard Management within the Florida District of Gulf Island National Seashore: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: This funding announcement is not a request for applications or proposals. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service’s intent to award a non-competitive Cooperative Agreement in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The objective of this agreement is to address the cooperative management of lifeguard services at three designated beaches (Opal, Langdon, and Johnson) and emergency lifeguard response at unguarded beaches within the Fort Pickens, Santa Rosa, and Perdido Key Areas of Gulf Islands National Seashore.
