Lincoln Learning Centers in Afghanistan: The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul announces an open competition for a cooperative agreement to coordinate logistics associated with establishing and administering Lincoln Learning Centers during the period of January 5, 2010 to May 31, 2011.
