Manage HIV Transmissions Test: Awardees will be expected to test 1,000 persons born in countries with intermediate-high HBV prevalence each year, increase linkage to ongoing medical services for persons who are identified as having CHB, and improve the quality of medical care for persons with CHB that is provided in primary-care practice.
