Migratory Bird Conservation in the Midwest: This announcement solicits proposals for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Midwest Bird Conservation Program, covering the states of IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MO, OH, and WI, as well as nonbreeding season areas important for birds breeding in the Midwest. In 2015, our grant program will focus on: implementing the Midwest Landbird Migration Monitoring Network, supporting State Breeding Bird Atlases in the Midwest, and addressing information needs for conserving Golden winged and Blue winged warblers on their wintering grounds.
