Migratory Bird Monitoring, Assessment and Conservation: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Bird Conservancy of the Rockies for the purpose of ensuring that the mission-critical databases on the status of migratory and resident bird populations reflect the latest peer-reviewed data, meet the highest standards of quality assurance, and are readily accessible on demand to the USFWS, Joint Ventures and the broader bird conservation community.
