NINDS Competing Renewal Awards of STTR Phase II (Phase IIB) Grants (STTR [R42]): This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) encourages Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) applications from small business concerns (SBCs) that seek additional funding to support the next stage of development for projects requiring approval from a Federal regulatory agency.
