This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. The activity to be funded is has been authorized by Congress under PL 105-378. The activity to be funded is a modification to provide annual funds on Cooperative Agreement P13AC00297. Competition was not sought, because Lower East Side Tenement Museum was is the owner and operator of the Lower East Side Tenement Museum.
