Native American Affairs: Technical Assistance to Tribes for Fiscal Year 2023: TAP is administered in accordance with the Reclamation Act of 1902, as amended and supplemented. Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003, Division D - Energy and Water Development Appropriations, Title II, Sec. 201, Public Law (P.
