OJJDP FY24 Strengthening ICAC Technological Investigative Capacity: With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to increase the technological investigative capacity and associated training of Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force personnel nationwide through the development, refinement, and advancement of widely used investigative tools, methods, and technologies that address child pornography (herein referred to as child sexual abuse material - CSAM), exploitation, and sex trafficking.
