OVC FY 06 2007 NCVRW Resource Guide: One cooperative agreement will be awarded for the purposes of reproducing a Resource guide for the victims field for use during National Crime Victims Rights Week (NCVRW) in April, 2007, and throughout the year. The goal is to produce a comprehensive kit that will serve as a resource for the victims field in their efforts to heighten the publics awareness of crime victim issues nationwide during NCVRW 2007, and throughout the year.
