OVC FY 2021 Invited to Apply - Specialized Training and Technical Assistance on Housing for Victims of Human Trafficking: OVC's mission is to enhance the Nation's capacity to assist crime victims and provide leadership in changing policies and practices to promote justice and healing for all victims of crime. OVC achieves this mission, in part, by administering discretionary award programs supported by the federal Crime Victims Fund to develop innovative training and technical assistance (TTA), and to provide direct services to improve the overall quality of victim assistance. Statutory Authority: This project is authorized by 22 U.S.C. § 7105(b)(2).

OVC will consider applications under which two or more entities would carry out the federal award; however, only one entity may be the applicant.
