OVC FY 2023 Invited to Apply - Law Enforcement-Based Victim Services Technical Assistance Program: OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) is committed to enhancing the Nation's capacity to assist crime victims and provide leadership in changing attitudes, policies, and practices to promote justice and healing for all victims of crime. This solicitation will provide technical assistance support to maintain a national level effort to develop, enhance, and sustain direct victim service programs within law enforcement-based systems to serve the needs and rights of all crime victims.
