Opioid State Targeted Response (STR) Supplement (Short Title: STR Supplement): The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Centers for Substance Abuse Treatment and Prevention (CSAT and CSAP) announce the availability of one-year supplemental funding to enable recipients from FY 2018 Opioid STR to expand/enhance grant activities required under the FY 2017 Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) TI-17-014. The purpose of this program is to expand and enhance prevention, treatment, and recovery support efforts in the states hardest hit by the nation's opioid epidemic.
