State Targeted Response to the Opioid Crisis Grants (Short Title: Opioid STR): The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) and Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), are accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2017 State Targeted Response to the Opioid Crisis Grants (Short Title: Opioid STR).
