PRM NGO Projects in Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Yemen: PRM will prioritize currently available funding for proposed NGO activities that best meet the Bureau's priorities in Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Yemen as identified below: (1) While PRM encourages activities that include the local host population, NGOs should concentrate on care/maintenance activities for refugees. At least 50% of beneficiaries must be refugees. Proposals may focus on protection, health, water, sanitation, shelter, education, community services, psychosocial support, gender based violence, and livelihoods development and training. (3) Country Specific Instructions: - Djibouti. Proposals must be for programs benefiting refugees in Ali Addeh Refugee Camp. - Kenya. Proposals must be for programs benefiting refugees in the Kakuma and Dadaab refugee camps.
