The intent of this Notice of Funding Opportunity Announcement (NOFO) is to support applicants not currently funded under CDC-RFA-DP19-1908 or CDC-RFA-DP22-2211. If there is already an award under CDC-RFA-DP19-1908 or CDC-RFA-DP22-2211 supporting MMRC activities in a state or jurisdiction, applicants in these jurisdictions are not eligible for funding under this NOFO as this would be a duplication of efforts.CDC will consider any applications non-responsive, and it will not receive further review, if the following documents are not submitted as specified in the collaboration section of this NOFO:Authorities and Protections MOU (“Auth_Protect_MOU”);Vital Records Access MOU (“Vitals MOU”);MMRIA MOU (“MMRIA_MOU”); andMMRIA Data Sharing Agreement (“MMRIA_DSA”).
