Purpose of Program: The purpose of the RRTC program is to improve the effectiveness of services authorized under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Act). For FY 2004, the competition for new awards focuses on projects designed to meet the priorities we describe in the Priorities section of this notice.
