Request for Information (RFI): Domestic Turbine Manufacturing Needs: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information from entities with experience in the manufacture of gas turbines that supply into the 60 Hz US market including original equipment manufacturers (“OEM”), their direct component suppliers ( “Tier 1”) or sub-suppliers (“Tier 2”) as well as associated material suppliers (“Tier 3”) who may supply any or all of the supply chain between the OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 suppliers.
