Rural Tribal COVID-19 Response Program: This notice announces the opportunity to apply for funding under the Rural Tribal COVID-19 Response (RTCR) program. The RTCR program is a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) initiative focused on addressing the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
