S-Curves Beach Nourishment Monitoring at Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to to monitor impacts from the S-Curves beach nourishment project along 2.5 miles of Refuge beach in an area locally known as the S-Curves. The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) jointly planned the beach nourishment project with the Corps of Engineers (COE).
