Science Applications GPLCC OK Science Capacity: The Service will provide $50,000 to the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation. This agreement is being implemented in order to build regional science capacity and resources to applied scientific work with fish, wildlife, and/or plants in the Great Plains Landscape Conservation Cooperative (GPLCC).
