State Licensing Programs to Increase Reporting of Medically At-Risk Drivers: THIS IS LIMITED COMPETITION TO STATE STATE DMVs ONLY!!! The objective of this cooperative agreement is to provide funds for developing, implementing, and evaluating approaches designed to enhance referrals and control of medically at-risk drivers. Applications shall address strengthening the role of the Medical Advisory Board (MAB) and encouraging external reporting of impaired drivers to licensing authorities.
