State of Michigan Statewide Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus) Productivity Flight Survey: The purpose of the survey is to monitor existing bald eagle breeding areas, identify new breeding areas, and determine mating pair nest occupancy, egg laying, egg incubation, hatching success and fledging success.
