Strengthening of the Kingdom of Eswatini's Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) Program under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $3,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds. The recipient will support the relevant Ministries of the Kingdom of Eswatini to strengthen and coordinate the VMMC program at the National and subnational levels. The recipient will work with relevant government departments and implementing partners to transfer skills and build capacity to improve the policy environment, demand creation, VMMC numbers and performance, continuous quality improvement (CQI), and monitoring of adverse events.
