This should be accomplished with targeted HIV testing, prevention, and treatment activities amid ongoing instability.The objectives of this NOFO include:Working to ensure that targeted HIV testing, treatment, retention, and prevention services are widely available for people who are at higher risk for HIV. Services should be provided in community settings using social network strategies (SNS). Activities include:Targeted community-based case finding.Immediate linkage to available treatment.Retention support.Management of advanced HIV disease and HIV/TB co-infection.Improving the availability of HIV services by mobile HIV testing, treatment, and prevention. You should use targeted mobile HIV case finding, treatment, retention, and prevention services. Activities include:Streamlining immediate linkage to treatment.Strengthening ongoing adherence support.Improving the availability and quality of HIV services at medical facilities by implementing differentiated service delivery (DSD) models. Activities include enhancing patients" retention, adherence, and access to HIV services at the facility level.Enhancing essential, targeted HIV prevention service provision for people at higher risk for HIV, focusing on availability, quality, coverage and timely initiation.
