Synthesizing Socioeconomic Information, Data and Values in the Aleutians and Bering to Inform Large Scale Planning: The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7 intends to award a single source financial assistance agreement as authorized by 505 DM 2.14 (B) to Aleut International Association. This notice is not a request for proposals and the Government does not intend to accept proposals.The Aleutian and Bering Sea Islands LCC (ABSI) and the US Fish and Wildlife Service have shared interests with the Aleut International Association (AIA) relative to conservation efforts that benefit communities and the natural and cultural resources they depend on in the Aleutians and Bering Sea region. The joint venture â¿¿Synthesizing Socioeconomic Information, Data and Values in the Aleutians and Bering to Inform Large Scale Planningâ¿ would leverage expertise, resources, and the regional credibility of both entities to increase stakeholder engagement in order to inform land and resource planning by the Fish and Wildlife Service and their partners in the region.
