Technical Assistance -- Environmental Quality Incentives Program: NRCS is seeking two soil conservation technician (SCT) contract employees to service the needs of Farm Bill programs in Worland and Powell, Wyoming, field offices for 40 hours per week over a six-month period. The SCT will service NRCS customers in these field offices and other surrounding offices in the Big Horn Basin. The majority of work will be conducted under the Environmental Quality Incentives Program; however, the contractor may perform work funded by other Farm Bill programs. The contract employee will serve under the technical leadership of the Area Engineer. The tasks the SCT must accomplish are as follows: * Conservation planning activities * Management of contract documentation * Conservation practice application assistance * Facilitation and coordination with groups * Education and training of others Please refer to full announcement for details.
