Tribal-Researcher Capacity Building Grants Solicitation, Fiscal Year 2020: This solicitation seeks applications for funding for planning grants to develop new and innovative research or evaluation projects that address the challenges of fighting crime and strengthening justice in Indian country and Alaska Native Villages. The goal of this solicitation is to build increased capability to conduct rigorous research and evaluation projects in Indian country and Alaska Native Villages by fostering new tribal-researcher partnerships, and building on those partnerships, to develop new knowledge and tools to address the unique challenges of fighting crime and achieving justice in Indian country and Alaska Native villages.
