U.S. - Ukraine Reconstruction Engineering Scholarships: The U.S. Embassy Kyiv Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for U.S. Military Institutions to apply for a grant/cooperative agreement to establish a scholarship program for Ukrainian undergraduate and graduate students to study in priority fields such as engineering, cybersecurity, supply chain management and/or other relevant fields.
