Unitah Basin 2011-12 Winter Ozone Air Quality Study: This action is a task agreement to an existing Cooperative Agreement H2370094000. This is a non competitive award for evaluation of the detailed relationships between ozone formation and precursor species availability and reactivity at near-source (oil/gas field) and receptor (city/urban) locations.This task agreement is awarded under an existing Cooperative Ecosystem Support Unit cooperative agreement number H2370094000. The award will be made to the Utah State University, Logan, Utah. This is a notice of intent and non competitive award in accordance with Department of Interior, Policy Department Manual 505 DM2.
