Vietnam Criminal Trial Advocacy Project: The project aims to provide Vietnamese judges, prosecutors, criminal defense attorneys and law students an opportunity to develop skills they need to bring the adversarial elements included in Vietnam's new Criminal Procedural Code (CPC) to life. For judges, these skills include managing a more adversarial courtroom; for prosecutors and lawyers, they include making persuasive oral arguments and effectively questioning witnesses in open court.
