Youth Engagement Education and Employment: This is a announcement for issuing a singe source financial assistance award to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania. This announcement is for notification purpose only. Program Evaluation for Community Engagement Programs in Education, Engagement, and Transportation. This award would allow the John Heinz National Refuge to collaborate with The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania to provide technical assistance in design and evaluation of the Refuge¿s urban community connection program. This award will allow the evaluation necessary to ensure that we are supporting to creating a conservation stewardship legacy second only to Teddy Roosevelt. This will be supporting outdoor recreation in our environmental education programs, outdoor recreational activities, and events on and off refuge. Evaluation of the program is necessary to ensure that the effective audience is reached.
